Q: Why is Gambado Beckenham closing?  
A: Sadly this is something that is out of our control.  Our closure is as a result of the landlord of our site giving us notice to terminate Gambado’s lease on Sunday 26th April 2020.  

Q: What happens to any monies paid to Gambado for Membership/Parties/Private Hire/Play Sessions?
A: Parties booked before the closing date - all parties booked before the closure date will be delivered exactly as booked including party extras etc.  All monies paid to date to Gambado for Membership/Parties/Private Hire/Play Sessions will either be refunded or where possible we will try to offer the option to go to another site. We will contact all bookings currently in place by no later than by 5pm on Tuesday 10th March 2020.  

Q: Will everything be open as normal until the site closes? 
A: Yes, all facilities will be open as usual until the site closes on Sunday 26th April.  

Q: Will Gambado be opening a new site locally? 
A: Gambado are investigating other site opportunities in the local area and as soon as we have anything confirmed we will contact customers to let them know.  

Q: Will there be a farewell party? 
A: Yes, there will be a farewell party in April - details to follow.
