Each play session lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes of non-stop fun!
Gambado is perfect for children aged 0-12. Older siblings are welcome too. Our special baby section is just for our tiniest visitors aged 0-2.
Comfy clothes are best - think long sleeves and trousers/leggings. Don't forget those socks - they're a must! Dark socks work best for our dodgems.
If you’re arriving by car, there are a few parking options nearby:
Street parking – The cheapest choice. It’s free on Sundays and around £2 per hour on other days.
Chelsea Wharf Car Park – Just a short walk away. See location here.
Imperial Wharf Car Park – We can no longer validate tickets here, but visitors do get 20% off. See location here.
Please note: There is a Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN) area close by. Make sure to watch out for all signage, as driving through the LTN could result in a fine.
That said, the easiest and most convenient way to reach Gambado is on foot, by bike, or using public transport (Overground or local buses).
We take your little ones' safety super seriously! Our registration system makes sure children only leave with the adults they arrived with. Save time by pre-registering online before your visit!
We're all about family fun! Most of our amazing play areas are perfect for grown-ups to join in the adventure. Plus, it helps us maintain a comfortable, not-too-crowded environment for everyone!
Parents and guardians are the superheroes in charge of supervising their children. One adult (18+) must stay in the centre at all times.
No, we cannot allow outside food and drink for allergy prevention reasons. Our yummy café has treats for everyone! We do make an exception for Baby Food for children U1.

Absolutely! Carers can help children enjoy our rides and enter free during weekday term-time sessions (with proof of disability). We also host special S.E.N sessions.
Yes! Our NHS heroes get 10% off our Tiger Party package Monday-Thursday during term time. Just flash your NHS photo ID when booking. The discount applies to your final payment only.
Snap away! Just make sure you're only photographing your own little stars. Videos are for private party areas only.
We keep forgotten treasures at reception for 1 month. Valuable items get extra safety in our secure safe.
